Grand Hyatt Seoul Hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious 5-star hotel nestled on top of a secluded hill. The location was perfect, with easy access to Noksapyeong station, allowing me to explore the city effortlessly. The room was spacious, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The bathroom was well-appointed and provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff always ready to assist. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of delectable dishes to choose from. the hotel boasted a fantastic international restaurant, where I indulged in mouthwatering meals.

Although the overall experience was fantastic, I found the lack of soundproofing between rooms to be a minor drawback.

The exterior, lobby, and room are stunningly beautiful. Additional items are promptly delivered upon request. The staff are welcoming and helpful, especially the front staff. The pool has a great view and is a nice place to relax. The room offers a stunning view, even of the mountains.

The breakfast spread at Grand Hyatt Seoul was excellent, with a good variety of options to choose from. The staff were very helpful and had good spoken English, making communication easy.

the service was impeccable and the Spa & wellness centre provided rejuvenating treatments. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace offered stunning views, while the restaurant served delicious dishes. the location was perfect with easy access to main attractions.

The only minor issue we encountered was the noisy atmosphere and lack of sound-proofing in the rooms. the exceptional service and facilities compensated for this.

I was amazed by the level of care and attention I received at the Grand Hyatt. The staff were pretty good too ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Upon realizing that my room had a clogged shower, they immediately apologized and moved me to a similar room. The promptness and responsiveness of the staff impressed me.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities that are truly luxurious and fulfilled all my needs. the service was impeccable, and the Spa & wellness centre was one of the best I've ever experienced. the indoor swimming pool was large and well, maintained, and the sauna was beautifully designed.

the hotel is somewhat isolated and not within walking distance of many shops or restaurants.

The hotel had a great location, nestled in a wooded area with beautiful views. It was convenient for walking and there was a bus route nearby. The staff were attentive and friendly. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast with a superb choice and the live music was of a very high standard. The two eating areas I tried had good food. the hotel offered excellent service and a comfortable stay.

The soundproofing between rooms was poor, a major disappointment. I could hear noise from the neighboring rooms, including intimate activities, throughout the night.

The hotel's location is fantastic, with convenient access to the airport and close proximity to a beautiful forest. The rooms are stylish and modern, offering spacious accommodations with breathtaking views of the city and Namsan Tower. The service provided by the staff is impeccable, with helpful, cheerful, and polite individuals across all departments. The breakfast buffet is truly incredible, offering a wide variety of options from different cuisines. The hotel also boasts several facilities and room advantages, such as a well-designed lobby area and renovated rooms.

There seems to be an issue with soundproofing between rooms, which can be disruptive for some guests.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect and the hotel facilities were great. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect for exploring the vibrant Itaewon area, with its hip restaurants and coffee houses. the hotel was conveniently close to the active area of Itaewon, making it easy to get around without needing to take a taxi or drive to Incheon International airport.
